First Advantage’s Customer Care Team Honored with a Bronze Stevie® Award in 2025 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service 

First Advantage has won a Bronze Stevie Award in the Customer Service Success – Technology Industries category in the 19th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

This award recognizes the significant strides that First Advantage’s Customer Care organization has made over the past four years in transforming service delivery to customers worldwide. Through the implementation of a state-of-the-art cloud-based telephony system that enables self-service and seamless routing, as well as the launch of the innovative service model, ‘Click. Chat. Call,’ they have enhanced both customer and agent experiences. The award-winning team’s commitment to operational excellence and the use of AI solutions for automation have been pivotal in driving efficiency and increasing customer satisfaction. 

This is the third year in a row First Advantage’s Customer Care organization has received this recognition. In 2024, the team received two Silver Stevie® Awards, Achievement in Customer Experience category and Contact Center of the Year (Over 100 Seats) – Technology Industries. In 2023, the team received a Gold Stevie® Award for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year – Technology Industries category and a Bronze Stevie® Award for Achievement in Customer Experience.
