About First Advantage
First Advantage is changing the face of the background screening industry. With CEO Scott Staples at the helm, we’re driving innovation by listening to our customers and implementing agile development and design-based learning methodologies in the HR Tech space. If you’re looking to grow your career in a culture that is ready for innovative thinkers, First Advantage is the place for you!
We are home to 4,000+ employees across 26 locations and serves 35,000+ customers in 200+ countries and territories. And, with the industry’s largest global footprint, we are truly a worldwide organization.
We believe that the most engaged cultures are those that empower leadership at every level and ensure that all employees are aligned to a common mission. We strive towards that culture every day, and our vision is clear: Deliver innovative solutions and insights that help our clients manage risk and hire the best talent.
Beyond the excitement that comes with working together to make change happen, First Advantage team members around the globe look out for one another and enjoy spending time together. And this culture of #FADVLife comes in many forms. Whether that’s celebrating a local holiday, competing in local sports or contributing to local communities through our volunteerism platform, First Advantage employees value one another and know how to deliver value for our customers while finding joy in the work that we do.
Diversity & Inclusion
First Advantage is committed to building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
To achieve this mission, a passionate group of volunteers from across the company came together to help build a stronger, more inclusive organization for all employees. Together, they formed a cross-functional Diversity & Inclusion Committee and leveraged external expertise to identify and implement Communication, Education, Recruitment and Retention initiatives intended to make Diversity & Inclusion a central and lasting part of our corporate culture.
We have a strong plan in place for ensuring our employees can bring their “whole selves” to work, and we look forward to making progress towards this goal this year and in the future.
