The annual program, renowned for its commitment to recognizing women’s excellence in business, named Marquis, a Gold Globee Winner for Female Executive of the Year in the Information Technology Products or Services category.

Marquis, an industry veteran well-versed in leading customer-focused teams, joined First Advantage in 2016 and has since held several key leadership roles. Initially joining as Vice President of Customers Sales, Marquis was quickly promoted to Senior Vice President, Enterprise Sales, and then Senior Vice President, Customer Success. In 2021, Marquis was promoted to the role of Chief Customer Officer, Americas before becoming Chief Revenue Officer in May of this year.
Over the last two years, Marquis built and developed a team of customer-obsessed individuals to deliver value-based customer interactions and build brand loyalty. She leads her team to continuously serve customers with a unique partnership approach of engagement and ongoing solution consultation to drive best-in-class risk mitigation programs. Through these efforts, she brought the voice of the customer into First Advantage to meet the market’s evolving needs. Her leadership aligned internal teams to build for quick adoption, more accessible features, and best-in-class experiences.
