The 2025 Report Highlights Progress in Environmental, Community, and Governance Priorities While Advancing Responsible Growth

The fifth annual report showcases the meaningful progress First Advantage continues to make in advancing responsible business practices, transparency, and long-term value creation.
This report highlights the company’s approach to managing sustainability-related priorities across environmental, social, and governance topics while supporting continued growth, innovation, and operational efficiency. It also reflects the progress the company is making to create a positive impact for employees, customers, investors, partners, and communities.
Highlights from the First Advantage 2025 Global Impact Report include:
- Purpose-Driven Progress: Aligned our sustainability efforts with key United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), focusing on Good Health & Well-Being, Quality Education, Decent Work and Economic Growth, Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, and Responsible Consumption and Production.
- People & Community: Our employees generated more than 79 million steps on the Charity Footprints platform, collectively raising funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® in the company’s “FA Moves Challenge,” while also earning Comparably awards for Best Company Culture, Best CEO, and Best Company for Compensation, plus a Merit Award Gold Medal for Sterling integration communications.
- Learning & Development: Expanded employee development programs, with the SOAR program (Professional Growth for First Advantage Managers) growing to 12 cohorts across 11 countries; and graduated 130 participants, a 33% increase from the prior year.
- Environmental & Climate: Reduced greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 4% year-over-year despite expanded reporting coverage and completed a TCFD-aligned climate risk assessment.
- Data Privacy, Security & Trust: Maintained key security certifications, advanced privacy, cybersecurity, and AI training initiatives, and strengthened responsible AI governance.
- Supplier & Business Responsibility: Continued to engage a wide range of qualified suppliers that contributed to the strength and resilience of our supply chain, completed ethics audits across all assessed sites, reported zero integrity-related legal losses, and recognized by Newsweek as one of the World’s Most Trustworthy Companies for 2025.
