First Advantage (FA) was honored with three Comparably awards in the first quarter of 2026, receiving recognition via anonymous employee feedback for Best Company Outlook, Best Company for Women, and Best Company for Diversity.
This is the fifth consecutive year that First Advantage has been recognized by Comparably, bringing the company’s total to 25 awards since 2021. Additional recent honors have included Best CEO and Company Culture, and Best Company Career Growth and Leadership.
“These awards are a testament to our core values and culture,” said CEO Scott Staples. “Our team members across the globe make our success possible — they are what makes us FA. It’s an honor to be recognized across multiple ‘best of’ categories over the years, and especially meaningful to be recognized by our team members.”
