Joy Henry

Joy Henry is the Chief Revenue Officer, Americas, at First Advantage where she oversees the alignment and momentum across our verticals in the Americas, helping the organization simplify execution, strengthen collaboration, and accelerate market growth across the region. Prior to this role, Joy was the EVP, Americas, covering P&L across Financial Services, Professional Services, Retail, Gig Economy, Staffing, Technology, Media, Entertainment, and Hospitality sectors.

Joy joined the First Advantage organization in 2013 and previously held the position of EVP, US Head of Technology & Business Services Commercial Division. Before First Advantage, Joy spent over a decade at Dow Jones/News Corp serving in various leadership roles across the organization.
