Key Takeaways

  • First Advantage received Three Best Places to Work Awards from Comparably in 2025, which included recognitions for our CEO, company compensation and company culture.
  • First Advantage has received 22 Comparably Awards since 2021.

First Advantage is the proud recipient of three new Comparably Awards. During Q4 of 2025, the company was included on the Best CEOs, Best Company Compensation, and Best Company Culture lists. These recognitions are a testament to the hard work and dedication displayed by all First Advantage team members over the past year, as the company also celebrated its one-year anniversary of bringing two of the largest background companies together to build a unified organization in the final quarter of 2025.

“What a moment for our organization,” said First Advantage CEO, Scott Staples. “As a company leader, I’ve seen firsthand how much energy and effort has been invested in building the new First Advantage. It’s no surprise when I share how proud I am of our team, but to be recognized by an external entity in this capacity is really special and significant. I hope everyone at First Advantage is proud and excited about what’s ahead for us.”

“I hope everyone at First Advantage is proud and excited about what’s ahead for us.” – Scott Staples, First Advantage CEO

Staples has led the team through multiple transitions and is now being honored by being included on the Best CEOs list. He has also had the support of a strong leadership team, which in part includes Chief People & Culture Officer, Beth Price. Since starting her current position, she has played a key role in shaping the company culture. One of the most significant milestones she has been involved with has been the announcement of new company values – Authenticity, Curiosity, Integrity, Teamwork, and Customer-Inspired – that were shared earlier in the year.

The development of new values came together after an internal Culture Committee was formed to help manage the process of identifying ideals representative of the new organization being built. The five new values have already been incorporated into professional development and recognition-based strategies. They serve as one example of the positive momentum driving the new company culture.

“Being included on multiple Comparably lists makes me very happy, but I am especially excited about the Best Company Culture recognition,” Price said. “My team has worked tirelessly over the past year to figure out how to combine the best of both worlds into one, unified company culture. In doing so, you sometimes come across challenges that require you to pivot and reprioritize, but this recognition is a reminder that we’re doing important and impactful work. I hope our entire First Advantage team takes time to celebrate, and that People & Culture continues to lead the push toward helping us build a company culture that considers everyone who is a part of our organization.”

Each quarter, Comparably, a platform dedicated to providing culture and compensation data for both public and private companies, conducts surveys to gather feedback from employees. The Best Places to Work Awards are based on these ratings, covering a variety of categories that reflect employee satisfaction and workplace culture. First Advantage has received 22 Comparably Awards since 2021, including Best Work-Life Balance in 2024. To learn more about First Advantage, please visit the company’s About Us page.
