She has held executive marketing roles across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, where she built and led high-performing teams, redefined brand strategies, and delivered measurable business outcomes, including record-breaking sales and customer retention. She is a dynamic and strategic leader known for her deep understanding of the customer journey, data-driven decision-making, and commitment to excellence.
Before joining First Advantage, Maureen was the Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Paychex, where she led a transformative rebranding and digital marketing overhaul that significantly elevated brand visibility, accelerated demand generation, and deepened customer engagement. Prior to Paychex, she held senior leadership roles at Johnson Controls/Tyco, where she unified multiple business units under a single marketing strategy and delivered measurable growth across product and service lines. Her career accomplishments also include an international leadership opportunity with Danfoss in Europe, where she further honed her global perspective.
