It has been brought to our attention that a small number of US-based job applicants who have applied for open positions with First Advantage (FA) are receiving falsified offers from individuals posing as recruiters for FA.  

Please be advised that a member of the FA Human Resources team would not: send an offer to an applicant without having conducted formal interviews, send applicants a check to purchase their own work equipment, request an applicant’s bank information, or ask applicants for sensitive, personal details during the recruitment process.  

The individuals involved in this apparent effort to commit fraud are not connected with FA, and FA does not take any responsibility for their actions. Applicants who believe they have received fraudulent communications or offers can review tips to protect oneself from these scamming attempts on the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)’s website here, https://consumer.ftc.gov/articles/job-scams, and report fraud to them directly here: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/. Additionally, any applicant who wants to report suspected fraud to FA directly can share relevant details and communications with our Customer Care team, using this form: https://help.fadv.com/s/contactsupport/ccform.

The SOAR Program is a six-month learning experience designed to empower managers and build leaders. To-date, the program has trained more than 100+ people managers and positively impacted team members around the globe.

Additionally, all employees have access to Employee Advantage, a training curriculum resource library that houses more than 3,000 modules on a wide variety of topics. Technology employees also have access to improve their skills through Pluralsight, a resource library curated for technologists.
