In August 2024, Honda held its annual Indirect Procurement Supplier Conference, where First Advantage received a New Supplier Award. Winners in the category were described as “new suppliers that have demonstrated outstanding implementation practices and provided value-based products, services, or programs.”
First Advantage officially began its engagement with Honda in December 2023 when the company was selected as a preferred employee background screening provider for Honda North America. Since then, the relationship between the organizations has grown.
First Advantage was 1 of 33 companies recognized during the event held in Ohio. Honda says that the award recipients were selected from a pool totaling more than 5,000 suppliers. Given that the business relationship started recently, First Advantage employees are proud to know that they have made such a positive impact on one of its customers.
“It’s an extreme honor to be acknowledged by an iconic and innovative brand,” said Joe Kasperski, Enterprise Sales Executive. Kasperski attended the event and accepted the award on First Advantage’s behalf.
