The SOAR program is designed to develop people managers across the globe. By participating, First Advantage employees receive the tools they need to effectively manage themselves and their teams while growing as leaders in a fast-paced, technology-driven organization.

SOAR launched in 2019 with an in-person class of 71 managers. After a brief pause in 2020 due to the COVID-19 emergency, SOAR relaunched virtually in Jan. 2021. So far, 159 managers have graduated from the program and 148 are on track to graduate in 2022.
