Rolf Bezemer, a seasoned executive in enterprise software, brings over ten years of leadership expertise in cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions. Currently, he holds the position of Executive Vice President and General Manager of International, leading growth in Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA), India, and APAC. In this role, he oversees growth and innovative product development and provides strategic support.

Before joining First Advantage in 2017, Rolf led global sales for the Talent Acquisition business at Lumesse (now COSD), a leading human capital technology in the world’s fastest growth regions in terms of software and cloud developments — Europe, Asia, and the United States. With his extensive experience spanning three continents, Rolf possesses valuable insights into the diverse global landscape HCM. He understands the importance of implementing worldwide, uniform policies while also facilitating localized efficiency in HR practices and compliance.

In addition, Rolf held various executive roles in high-growth companies including Aon, MrTed, StepStone Solutions, and Vincere. He earned his master’s degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
