Rolf Bezemer

Rolf Bezemer is responsible for our business growth in EMEA and APAC providing consistency across the international markets, help customers expand across the globe whilst guaranteeing regulatory compliance. Rolf is very proud to lead our organisation and drive digital screening innovation in such a widely diverse territory where local knowledge of background screening is key. Rolf joined First Advantage late 2017 to help get EMEA back in growth mode and has since taken responsibility for India, Asia and Australia as well.

Prior to First Advantage, Rolf spend over 15 year in the HR Technology space holding various executive and commercial leadership roles. His work has brought him to live and work in APAC as well as the US, gaining valuable experience in a fast pace tech world. Rolf started his career in Financial Consulting with a Fortune 500 company. Rolf holds a Masters degree from the Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
