Since the inception of the ACA, the IRS has extended the ACA reporting deadline for employers to provide Forms 1095-B and 1095-C to applicable individuals from the end of January to the beginning of March. However, predictions from key subject matter experts suggest that the IRS may not grant an extension in 2022.
As a result, First Advantage is planning to prepare and distribute all forms on the behalf of its clients by January 31,2022. With the end of the year quickly approaching, we will continue to monitor the status of your account and the data needed for ACA reporting, and we may be contacting you to ensure your data is ready for timely delivery at the end of January.
