DOT and FAA Employer Alert

In its introductory remarks FAA references the guidance document from the Office of Drug and Alcohol Policy Compliance (ODAPC) which includes recommended actions for DOT covered employers unable to conduct alcohol and drug testing due to COVID-19 https://www.transportation.gov/odapc/compliance-with-dot-drug-and-alcohol-testing-regulations
