MultiLatin Advisors, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter “MultiLatin” and/or Responsible), located at Monte Elbruz #124 Floor 7, Col. Polanco, Mexico City, P.C. 11560, Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, is firmly committed in protecting personal data provided by its users (hereinafter “Personal Data”) and is responsible for its treatment (terminology defined below) when it is collected through the Internet website www.multilatin.com (hereinafter “the Website”), when they are collected through the online form using the site https://criteria.multilatin.com.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.

MEANS TO EXERCISE THE RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA HOLDERS AND WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT.

As of January 6, 2012, users may request the exercise of their ARCO rights consisting of:

Rectify your Personal Data when it is inaccurate or incomplete;

Cancel your Personal Data;
