Yes! Many of the sessions will be approved for HRCI and SHRM continuing education credits. We are in the process of session approvals and will post which ones are approved as they become available.

The conference attire is business casual. The ballrooms tend to be a little chilly so please plan accordingly.

The average daily temperature in Miami during the month of April ranges from 70° to 80°F.

Early-bird pricing of $250 applies until January 31, 2025. February 1, 2025, and after, the conference registration fee is $495.

The Collaborate 2025 conference package includes all general and breakout sessions, access to all exhibitors, an evening of off-site entertainment as well as all food and beverage-related expenses.

The conference pass does not include airfare, hotel and ground transportation. That will be the responsibility of each individual.

Yes. A guest conference pass is $250.00 and includes the general sessions and evening events.

American Express, Visa, and MasterCard are all accepted.

Unfortunately, no. We can’t accept checks for this year’s event.

Yes, you will receive an email confirming upon completion of the registration process and once payment is accepted.

Yes. You will receive a link in your confirmation email that will allow you to view or modify your registration. You will need your confirmation number to log back into your registration.

You may substitute your conference registration for a colleague any time leading up to two weeks before the conference.

No. You will not be able to register for Collaborate 2025 on-site.

You can cancel your conference registration without penalty by March 15, 2025.  After March 15, 2025, you will only receive a 50% refund.

For the event itself, yes. Please email any event attendance changes to employment.solutions@fadv.com.

All room reservations should be made, modified or canceled through Passkey, our dedicated online reservation method available by clicking here. You can also make changes to your hotel reservation by calling Fontainebleau at (800) 548-8886Please contact the hotel directly to cancel your room.

To receive the event rate, all reservations and any changes must be made before 5:00 PM PST on March 24, 2025. Reservation requests received after that date, will be accepted on a space available basis and could possibly be at a higher rate than the negotiated discount rate.

Hotel reservations must be cancelled no later than 72 hours prior to arrival to receive a complete refund.

Yes, the negotiated room rate applies to the event dates, as well as three days before and after if secured through our “passkey” site here . For any additional nights beyond that, you will pay public market rates.

No, not for the event nights booked through the First Advantage / Fontainebleau passkey site here.

Miami International Airport (MIA), is the closest airport to the Fontainebleau at about 10 miles away. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL) is about 18 miles away. 

Taxi, Lyft or Uber can take you. The Fontainebleau does not offer a hotel shuttle.
