This program is only available to active employees currently on the payroll of First Advantage Corporation and/or its subsidiaries. |

Suggestions may be submitted by individuals or by groups. If a group submission, one submission form should be completed, naming all group members and designating one associate as the primary contact. |

If identical suggestions are submitted, the suggestion bearing the earliest date of receipt will be considered by the ESP Review Committee. |
| 4. |
Suggestions to address security and/or privacy issues should be submitted to the Security Risk Management department for consideration for the Guardian Award program. If a submission is deemed to be security-related, the ESP Review Committee reserves the right to forward the suggestion to the Security Risk Management department for consideration for the Guardian Award. |

Suggestions remain valid for one year from the date of submission. |
| 6. |
Not all suggestions will result in implementation, and not all employees will receive monetary awards or recognition for their suggestions. |
| 7. |
Monetary awards and recognition are determined by the ESP Review Committee based on their determination of the potential financial impact and/or less tangible benefits of the implementation of the suggestion. |
| 8. |
Monetary awards are paid to the submitter via payroll as a bonus closely following the idea's approval for implementation by the ESP Review Committee. |
| 9. |
Monetary awards are subject to all taxes, which will be withheld according to applicable regulations. |
| 10. |
If a group submission, the total monetary reward and recognition will be split evenly among group members. |
| 11. |
Decisions made by the ESP Review Committee are final. However, if new or additional information is presented, a decision will be reviewed. |
| 12. |
The ESP has the exclusive right to set award policy and structure. First Advantage Corporation retains the right to terminate or change the ESP at any time. |

All submitted suggestions involving “intellectual property” immediately become the property of First Advantage Corporation. |
| 14. |
The use of employee suggestions by First Advantage Corporation and/or its subsidiaries shall not be the basis of further claims of any kind by the employee, or the employee's heirs or assigns. |
| 15. |
All submitted suggestions that are “confidential” or “material” in nature shall be governed by the regulations regarding confidential information or inside information as described in the company's Code of Conduct. |
