Your suggestion should contribute to cost savings, workflow efficiency, revenue generation, client satisfaction and/or enhance employee morale for First Advantage and/or its subsidiaries. No idea is too small for consideration so be sure to submit small scale improvements along with those with potential major impact.
Eligible suggestions include ideas that:
- positively impact customer retention/satisfaction
- directly contribute to efficiency or economy
- directly increase productivity
- enhance quality
- improve procedures, forms or methods
- save time and/or materials
- consolidate operations
- generate new revenue
- build employee morale
Ineligible suggestions include ideas that:
- have already been suggested
- are in use or under consideration
- are generated as a recognized part of the performance of your job
- propose salary/classification changes
- impose new or additional taxes or fees for revenue
- correct obvious errors
- address security and/or privacy issues*
- concern policies or procedures that are not being followed or applied correctly
- enforce existing laws, rules or regulations
- involve complaints or grievances
- involve the discipline, termination, etc. of another employee
Your submitted idea should not deal with local matters, such as cafeteria menu selection, bathroom cleanliness, pay, etc. These matters should be addressed directly with your local management team.
Additionally, suggestions made that are integrally connected to your job (included in your job description) are not eligible for the program. For example, a product developer should not submit a suggestion for a new product because this would be within the scope of his job duties. These types of ideas should be submitted to your supervisor for immediate consideration and implementation, with recognition given locally for the idea, if appropriate.
* Security and/or privacy-related suggestions should be submitted to Security Risk Management for the Guardian Award program.
